The Artwork of Heidi Buck

Heidi has a degree in Fine Art (Summa Cum Laude), and also studied Botany and Natural Resource Management. Her oil paintings have won numerous awards, and have been featured in a variety of group and solo shows in both California and Nevada. Her watercolor dragons have been used to promote non-profit organizations, including a gift given to the Prince of Denmark.
Heidi taught Visual Art to K-8 in the public school for many years, and currently teaches private art lessons.

Along with creating art, Heidi is also the US Correspondent for FIRST LEGO League, the Tournament Director for NorCal East FLL and on the planning committee for Placer County STEM Expo. She volunteers at the Friends of Placer County Animal Book Store and enjoys backpacking, kayaking, fishing, and baking.
